Stage30™ is a methodology developed by Cast Iron LA, a creative agency based in Los Angeles, California. When we say "we," "us," or "Stage30," we mean Cast Iron LA and its affiliates.
We collect only what you give us directly. If you use our email signup form, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when Stage30™ launches or has updates we think you'd want to know about. That's it.
We will never send unsolicited marketing. We will never share your email with third parties. We will never add you to a list you didn't sign up for.
Email signup (Klaviyo). When you submit your email address through our signup form, that email is sent to and stored by Klaviyo, our email marketing provider. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. The Klaviyo embed script (klaviyo.js) loads on pages where the form is present and may set first-party cookies for form behavior and submission tracking.
Hosting (Vercel). Our site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for the purpose of operating and securing the site. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Fonts (Google Fonts). We load typography from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as a result of those requests. See policies.google.com/privacy.
What we do not use. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts on this site. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA.
You can request to see, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us at hello@stage30.com.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We honor all of them. Contact us and we'll handle it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify anyone on our email list.
