Who we are
Stage30™ is a methodology developed by Cast Iron LA, a creative agency based in Los Angeles, California. When we say "we," "us," or "Stage30," we mean Cast Iron LA and its affiliates.
What we collect
We collect what you give us directly. If you run a free report, we collect the website address you enter, and we store the report we build from it. If you ask us to email that report, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive your address and your message.
If you buy the Resolution Audit, Stripe handles the payment. Stripe receives your card details and we never see them.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
How we use it
Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when Stage30™ launches or has updates we think you'd want to know about. That's it.
We will never send unsolicited marketing. We will never share your email with third parties. We will never add you to a list you didn't sign up for.
Third-party services
Email signup (Klaviyo). When you submit your email address through our signup form, that email is sent to and stored by Klaviyo, our email marketing provider. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. Your email is sent to Klaviyo from our own server after you submit the form, so Klaviyo sets no cookie in your browser and never receives your IP address. An earlier version of this policy said the Klaviyo embed script loads on pages carrying the form. It does not, and it never did. Corrected 11 September 2026.
Hosting (Vercel). Our site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for the purpose of operating and securing the site. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Fonts (Google Fonts). We load typography from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as a result of those requests. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and which parts of the report they reach. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address and the pages you visit. In the EU, the EEA and the UK it stays switched off until you allow it, and the banner below is how you are asked. See Cookies and your choice. Any ad blocker stops it, as does Google’s own opt-out add-on, and nothing on this site stops working if you block it.
What we do not use. We do not run Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or retargeting scripts on this site. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA.
Cookies and your choice
One thing on this site sets a cookie, and it is Google Analytics. It tells us which pages people read and which parts of a report they reach. That is the whole list. No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no Meta Pixel, and nothing that follows you to another site.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, analytics stays off until you say yes. You will see a bar at the bottom of the page the first time you visit, with two buttons, and nothing is stored until you pick one. If you never answer, analytics stays off. We use Google Consent Mode, so the block is enforced inside Google’s own tag by the country you are in rather than by our guess about where you are.
Everywhere else, analytics runs and you can turn it off whenever you want, either with the link below or with any ad blocker. Google publishes its own opt-out add-on and that works too.
What we store about your answer. One entry in your browser’s local storage, holding your choice and the date. It never leaves your browser. Without it we would have to ask you again on every page, which is worse for you than remembering.
Changing your mind. Open the cookie choice again and pick either button. It takes effect immediately.
Giving us your email is not a cookie question. When you enter your email to receive a report, you are filling in a form on purpose and we use it for the thing you asked for. Marketing beyond that is a separate checkbox you tick yourself, and it is unticked when you arrive.
Your rights
You can request to see, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us at hello@stage30.com.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We honor all of them. Contact us and we'll handle it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify anyone on our email list.
